Much of what is called Hyderabad in Telangana's security work sits in the districts around it. Ranga Reddy holds the IT core at HITEC City, Gachibowli and the Financial District, with multi-tenant campuses and SEZs running access-controlled lobbies round the clock, and the airport at Shamshabad with its hotels, cargo and logistics. Medchal-Malkajgiri carries the older industrial areas at Jeedimetla, Balanagar and Cherlapally, biotech labs at Genome Valley and a large stock of gated residential societies, while Sangareddy's Patancheru belt adds bulk-drug and chemical plants with strict gate, material-gate and emergency-response requirements. Hyderabad district itself is offices, hospitals, hotels, showrooms and the Old City markets, where reception security and night guarding of retail premises are the daily work.

North along the Godavari, the brief turns to coal, power and cement. Peddapalli, Mancherial, Bhadradri Kothagudem and Jayashankar Bhupalpally carry colliery premises, thermal stations and cement works, where gate and material-gate security, weighbridge control and contractor-labour screening are procured as formal contracts. Granite and limestone add quarry and stone-yard work in Karimnagar and around Tandur in Vikarabad, with blasting, heavy vehicles and weighbridges to control.

Elsewhere the calendar sets the load. Market yards at Nizamabad, Enumamula in Warangal and Khammam hold seasonal turmeric, grain, cotton and chilli stockpiles with cash movement, and rice mills in Nalgonda and Suryapet run round the clock in season. Pilgrim crowds peak at the Medaram jatara in Mulugu, at Yadagirigutta and at Vemulawada, while the campuses and referral hospital in Hanumakonda and the private hospital corridor at Khaleelwadi in Nizamabad need attendant and visitor control.
