Is a PSARA licence from another state valid in West Bengal?
No. Each state issues its own PSARA licences, so an agency licensed elsewhere does not hold a licence to operate in West Bengal.
How can I check that a security agency deposits PF and ESI for its guards?
Ask for the monthly PF and ESI challans for the officers on your site, not a registration certificate. How long does it take a security company to deploy guards in Kolkata?
Mobilisation is 7 days from a signed contract and replacement after attrition is 48 hours. Both are company standards, to which conditions apply, and your agreement sets them for your site. However, armed posts and K9 teams take longer, and we give you a dated plan rather than a promise.
