CCTV monitoring services put trained people behind the cameras a site already has. Premier Shield provides CCTV operators for your own control room, or monitors your cameras from our 24×7 control room, or both. Operators watch the live feeds, check every camera each shift, run scheduled camera rounds, verify alarms and escalate incidents, and keep footage to your site’s retention rule. CCTV monitoring is a service on its own: you can take it without our guards, or alongside them. We do not supply or install cameras.

What are CCTV monitoring services?
CCTV monitoring services put trained people behind a site’s cameras. Operators watch the live feeds, check every camera each shift, run scheduled camera rounds, verify alarms and escalate incidents to your people on site, to you or to the police. They work in your own control room, from our 24×7 control room, or both.
Which sites is CCTV monitoring for?
It suits any site with cameras that need watching: industrial plants, warehouses, offices, campuses, retail, hotels and residential societies. We set the monitoring to each site.
Do you supply or install the cameras or software?
No. We monitor the cameras and video management software you already have; we do not supply or install either. If a camera is down, off its view or not recording, we report it to you the same day, so whoever maintains your system can put it right.
Should the operators sit in our control room or yours?
Operators in your own control room suit a site that already has one and wants people beside its guards. Remote video monitoring from our 24×7 control room suits a site without one. Some sites need both, and we will tell you which yours calls for.
Can one control room watch several of our sites?
Yes. Our 24×7 control room can watch more than one site for the same client, each with its own camera check and escalation list.
Do we need your guards to use CCTV monitoring?
No. CCTV monitoring is a service on its own. It works alongside guarding, or with no guards at all.
Can you monitor cameras at a site outside India?
Yes. Our 24×7 control room can watch cameras at sites in other countries, with the same camera checks and escalation, and the contacts for your country set in your agreement.
What happens when an operator sees an incident?
The operator checks it on the cameras, then alerts the people on your escalation list: your people on site, you, and the police where it calls for them. The operator writes up each incident with the time, the camera, what they saw, what they did and who they alerted, and the report goes to your contact; we keep the footage to your site’s retention rule.
What happens to our footage?
Only authorised operators see your cameras. We keep footage to your site’s retention rule, set in your agreement, and hand clips to you, or to the police or your insurer at your request, under chain of custody. We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for our information-security management; the certificate and its issuer are on our Credentials page.
What will you ask us before proposing monitoring?
The site and the cameras in place; where they are watched today, if at all; the hours you need covered; who should be alerted, and in what order; and how long your footage is kept now.
