Is a PSARA licence from another state valid in Uttar Pradesh?
No. Each state issues its own PSARA licences, so an agency licensed elsewhere does not hold a licence to operate in Uttar Pradesh.
How can I check that a security agency deposits PF and ESI for its guards?
Ask for the monthly PF and ESI challans for the officers on your site, not a registration certificate. Premier Shield is a registered employer under the EPF and ESI Acts and also provides the monthly challans on request; where a PSARA-licensed partner agency’s officers are on your site, you receive that agency’s challans.
How long does it take a security company to deploy guards in Noida?
Mobilisation is 7 days from a signed contract and replacement after attrition is 48 hours. Both are company standards, to which conditions apply, and your agreement sets them for your site. However, armed posts and K9 teams take longer, and we give you a dated plan rather than a promise.
Does your security company provide armed guards in Noida?
