Common questions

What does Premier Shield do?

Premier Shield Private Limited provides security services across India: manned guarding, executive protection, dog squad, event security and secure last-mile delivery, with residential society security under guarding. Facility management and payroll services are contracted through a group company, and the contracting entity is confirmed in writing before signature.

When was Premier Shield established?

Established 1976: a security services business was started in 1976 and incorporated in Delhi on 6 December 1977 as Premier Security Services Private Limited. After the founder’s death in 1977 it lay dormant until 1983, when his son revived it. It took the name Premier Shield Private Limited in 2006, on the same registration.

Where does Premier Shield provide security services?

Across India. PSARA licences are issued state by state, so before you sign we confirm in writing the licence covering your site, ours or a PSARA-licensed partner agency’s, and the agency that holds it. Tell us where the site is, and we will confirm cover before we quote.

Does Premier Shield work outside India?

Yes, through partners. Outside India, we assist you through partners in the countries concerned, and we name the arrangement in writing before you travel, so you always know whose employee is standing next to your principal. Visiting principals and companies setting up in India can call on our services here.
