Privacy and cookies: what Premier Shield Private Limited collects when you contact us, why, who sees it and how to have it corrected or deleted; analytics run only if you accept.

What we collect, and when
If you fill in a form
When you send an enquiry or contact us, we collect what you type: your name, your organisation, an email address, a telephone number, the city and state of the site you want covered, the service you are asking about, the approximate headcount you have in mind, and anything else you choose to type in the free-text box. We use it to respond to you and to prepare a quotation, because you asked us to. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside Premier Shield except a PSARA-licensed partner agency where one covers your site — and where that applies, we tell you before we pass your details on. Our website host and our email provider store and deliver enquiries on our behalf; either may process them outside India.
Our form system also records the browser and device you sent your enquiry from, and the page it came from.
If you ask for the company profile by email, we collect your name, your organisation, your work email, a telephone number if you give one, and whether you asked for our pre-qualification documents. We use them to send you the profile and any documents you asked for, and to reply to you; we keep and handle the request like an enquiry.
We keep each enquiry, and the backup copies of it, for as long as we need it to deal with you and to keep our business records. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own terms.

Nothing below runs unless you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of it loads at all — the scripts are not on the page.

What we mask. Microsoft Clarity can record a replay of a visit. We mask every form field on this site from those recordings, whether or not you consented to analytics — so what you type into a form is never in a replay we can watch. We apply masking at the page level, and it does not depend on you doing anything.
Microsoft and Google process this data on their own terms and may transfer it outside India. If that is not acceptable to you, decline — the site works identically.

Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings at the foot of any page. That reopens the banner and lets you change your answer, in one step — the same number of steps it took to agree. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not retrieve what was already gathered, which you can ask us to delete.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, withdraw a consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. Write to infodesk@premiershield.com and we will respond. If we cannot resolve it between us you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also ask us to restrict or stop using your data, or to give you a copy in a portable form, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may ask what we hold about them and ask us to correct or delete it, and we will not treat them differently for asking.
Who to contact about your data
Questions about your personal data, any request to see, correct or delete it, and any complaint about how we have handled it go to infodesk@premiershield.com. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security of what you send us
Enquiry details describe premises and their protection, so we treat them as sensitive whether or not the law obliges us to. They are held on access-controlled systems and shared internally only with the people preparing your quotation.
Changes
If we add a tool that collects anything, this privacy and cookies page changes before it goes live, and the banner asks again.
