What is on the ground in Haryana

Haryana divides into belts, and each belt asks for a different kind of cover. Around Delhi, Gurugram's office and IT campuses need lobby, visitor and shift-transport control alongside malls, hotels, hospitals and gated condominiums, while Manesar, Faridabad's Sector 24-27 and IMT belts and the Kundli, Rai and Kharkhoda estates of Sonipat run plant gates and material control at every shift change. Bahadurgarh's footwear and warehousing rows and the Bawal and Dharuhera auto-component belt add constant goods-vehicle movement.

North along NH-44, the industry gets heavier and the fire load higher. Panipat combines a refinery and fertiliser complex, with its own perimeters and heavy contractor traffic, with a textile recycling belt whose baled-fabric warehouses carry a very high fire load, and Yamunanagar's timber yards and plywood mills and Jagadhri's utensil workshops raise the same concern. Karnal's rice-mill compounds run hard through the milling season, and the highway hotels and fuel stops on NH-44 work all night.

To the west and south, the farm districts set a seasonal pattern. Sheller and mandi compounds in Kaithal, Jind and Fatehabad hold stock through procurement, ginning yards and cotton bale stacks in Sirsa and Bhiwani carry a serious fire exposure, and with sites an hour or more apart, night relief and supervision become the real constraint. Rohtak and Hisar add large medical, university and research campuses, the crowds at Brahma Sarovar, Jyotisar and Pehowa call for planned deployments rather than standing posts, and quarry and crusher yards around Charkhi Dadri and Narnaul complete the picture.

Whose licence covers your site in Haryana

PSARA is the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. Under it each state issues its own licences to private security agencies, and a licence for one state does not cover a site in another. The one that matters is the licence covering Haryana. We confirm in writing, before you sign, which licence covers your site and which agency holds it.

Common questions about a security company in Haryana

Which PSARA licence covers a security guard site in Haryana?

Each state issues its own PSARA licence, so only a licence issued for Haryana covers a site in Haryana. Before you sign, we put in writing the licence that covers your site there, ours or a PSARA-licensed partner agency’s, and the agency that holds it.

How can I check that a security agency deposits PF and ESI for its guards?

Ask for the monthly PF and ESI challans for the officers on your site, not a registration certificate. Premier Shield is a registered employer under the EPF and ESI Acts and provides the monthly challans on request; where a PSARA-licensed partner agency’s officers are on your site, you receive that agency’s challans.

How long does it take to deploy security guards in Haryana?

Mobilisation is 7 days from a signed contract and replacement after attrition is 48 hours. Both are company standards, to which conditions apply, and your agreement sets them for your site. Armed posts and K9 teams take longer, and we give you a dated plan rather than a promise.

What you can hold us to in Haryana

Before you sign, we confirm in writing the PSARA licence covering your site and the agency that holds it. Supervision is 1:10 at each site as a company standard, and the service agreement for your site sets the figures. Every officer deploys with an identity card issued against a verified antecedent file. We also provide the monthly Provident Fund and ESI challans for the officers on your site on request.
