What is on the ground in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh's guarding work is built around what comes out of the ground. Around Korba, opencast mine boundaries, coal handling plants, switchyards, ash dykes and townships come with a dense contractor ecosystem, and the collieries of Chirmiri, Bishrampur and the Hasdeo basin add sidings, explosive magazines and closed mine land that still needs perimeter control. In the south, the iron-ore workings at Bacheli and Kirandul and the mining township at Dalli Rajhara run ore screening, loading and rail evacuation. The cement belt around Rawan and Sonadih needs quarry, magazine and despatch-gate cover.

The plant belts lie between them. The steel and engineering belt of Bhilai, the Urla and Siltara growth centres around Raipur, the Tamnar and sponge-iron belt of Raigarh, and the power plant, coal sidings and ash-handling areas near Akaltara all run on material-gate control and shift discipline. Bilaspur's railway and corporate head offices, the High Court precinct and its university and hospital campuses, like the secretariat and institutional campuses of Nava Raipur, call for visitor and vehicle management more than plant security.

Much of the rest of the state is paddy and forest country, where the cover follows the season and the distance. Rice mills, paddy warehouses and mandi yards around Dhamtari, Kurud and Mahasamund need night watch and weighbridge control, cane gates and weighbridges in Kabirdham need surge cover through the crushing campaign, and the Dongargarh pilgrimage and the Rajim fair bring crowd, queue and traffic management. Across Bijapur, Sukma and Narayanpur, the premises are government offices, hospitals, forest depots, telecom towers and road and bridge construction camps spread over thinly populated country.

Whose licence covers your site in Chhattisgarh

PSARA is the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. Under it each state issues its own licences to private security agencies, and a licence for one state does not cover a site in another. The one that matters is the licence covering Chhattisgarh. We confirm in writing, before you sign, which licence covers your site and which agency holds it.

Common questions about a security company in Chhattisgarh

Which PSARA licence covers a security guard site in Chhattisgarh?

Each state issues its own PSARA licence, so only a licence issued for Chhattisgarh covers a site in Chhattisgarh. Before you sign, we put in writing the licence that covers your site there, ours or a PSARA-licensed partner agency’s, and the agency that holds it.

How can I check that a security agency deposits PF and ESI for its guards?

Ask for the monthly PF and ESI challans for the officers on your site, not a registration certificate. Premier Shield is a registered employer under the EPF and ESI Acts and provides the monthly challans on request; where a PSARA-licensed partner agency’s officers are on your site, you receive that agency’s challans.

How long does it take to deploy security guards in Chhattisgarh?

Mobilisation is 7 days from a signed contract and replacement after attrition is 48 hours. Both are company standards, to which conditions apply, and your agreement sets them for your site. Armed posts and K9 teams take longer, and we give you a dated plan rather than a promise.

What you can hold us to in Chhattisgarh

Before you sign, we confirm in writing the PSARA licence covering your site and the agency that holds it. Supervision is 1:10 at each site as a company standard, and the service agreement for your site sets the figures. Every officer deploys with an identity card issued against a verified antecedent file. We also provide the monthly Provident Fund and ESI challans for the officers on your site on request.
